Macarons & Beyond

I fell in love with Macaron making in 2020 during the pandemic. But cooking & baking my way has always been my first love. My grandmother who I always picture in the kitchen taught me many things about cooking and what to cook, and that became my passion forever. I love trying things and I am never scared of food and making them always fascinates me.
On this page, I will be sharing with you my homemade recipes and techniques on how I make some hard-to-find or interesting ingredients I find at the local market. And on those days I don’t want to cook, I will be sharing with you some good dishes outside my kitchen. We love going to places and participating in food events, therefore anything fun and worth seeing, I will be recommending it here as well.
