OUR SIGNATURE FRENCH MACARON
Our signature macarons are larger than traditional French Macarons, measuring approximately two inches across. Each one features delicate, lightly crisp shells with a soft, chewy center and a generous layer of homemade buttercream, jam, or specialty filling.
Handcrafted in small batches, these elegant pastries are made to feel extra special—beautiful enough for a celebration and delicious enough to enjoy anytime.
ROTATING FLAVOR COLLECTION
Our flavors rotate regularly so there is always something fresh and exciting to enjoy. Each collection is thoughtfully selected and may include favorites such as Ube, Mango, Strawberry, Chocolate, Coffee, Dulce de Leche, Coconut and Blueberry Cheesecake.
Because every batch is handcrafted in limited quantities, flavors may change based on the week, season, and ingredient availability. Check the online shop to see which flavors are currently available.
NUT-FREE MACARONS
Nut-free macarons will be offered during select weekly batches, but may not be available every week. They are also available by special order with a minimum quantity. Please contact us to discuss upcoming availability, flavors, minimum quantities, and preparation time.
Please note: Our products are prepared in a kitchen that also handles almonds and other allergens. Although careful preparation practices are followed, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact. Our nut-free macarons may not be suitable for individuals with severe or life-threatening nut allergies.

When are weekly flavors available?
Two featured flavors are released each Wednesday. Orders close Friday or earlier if the weekly batch sells out.
Do macarons contain common allergens?
Macarons contain almonds and eggs, and fillings may contain dairy or other allergens. They are not nut-free. Please ask about ingredients before ordering if you have food allergies.
Where and when do I pick up my order?
Pickup is available on Saturdays near Cheesman Park in Denver. Your exact pickup instructions and selected time window will be provided after payment is confirmed.
