Hello there! I am Jenneth, a mother of three. At this stage of my life, I can say that one of the things that bring me joy has been making french macarons and other delicious treats whenever I can. And the exciting part is, I try to make them on my own without following a true recipe.

A few years ago, I was a CEO of a successful multi-million dollar business that eventually failed after some unexpected circumstances. That chapter taught me so much in life, I have learned through my healing some incredible truths and amazing realities. And now, as my world turns since that time, and as I face situations that lead me to fear, doubt, and pain, I turn the other way around and submerge myself into baking and cooking. Despite the terrifying physical pain brought by those scary events, I still went on to baking since this has been the best coping mechanism I have practiced as I battle moments of anxiety and depression. Furthermore, this crisis taught me how to be a better person with the help of all the dishes I make and every macaron I bake.

The past couple of years have been a life-changing experience for me, I started practicing mindfulness until I learned that I am becoming the person that I want to be, not the one dictated by society or other people’s view of the “norm”. I am grateful for all those situations that brought me here, the process wasn’t easy, but the outcome has been amazing. Now, my heart is opened with love and my being is filled with gratitude. I continue to witness magic every day with the food I create and the beauty, colors, and flavors of the macarons I made.
